Due to the nature of digital services and development work, refunds are handled according to the policies outlined below.


2. Advance Payments

Most projects require an advance payment before work begins.

Advance payments are used to allocate resources and initiate development work.

Once development has started, the advance payment is generally non-refundable.


3. Milestone Payments

Projects may be divided into multiple milestones.

Each milestone payment corresponds to completed work during the development process.

Payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable.


4. Project Cancellation

If a client decides to cancel the project:

  • Any work completed up to that point will be billed

  • Remaining project phases will not be charged

Refunds may be considered only for unused portions of payments, depending on the project status.


5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • If development work has already been completed

  • If delays occur due to lack of client communication

  • If project scope changes after development begins


6. Service Modifications

If the client requires additional features or changes beyond the agreed scope, additional charges may apply.


7. Exceptional Refunds

In rare situations where work has not yet started and both parties mutually agree, a refund may be considered after deducting administrative costs.
