3. Payment Terms

FFMedia retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon.

Costs related to third-party services are not included unless explicitly stated.

7. Support and Maintenance

Long-term maintenance may require a separate agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

FFMedia shall not be held responsible for:

Business losses resulting from the use of developed software
Third-party service failures
Security breaches caused by external factors

Clients are responsible for ensuring their business operations comply with applicable laws.

9. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, payments made for completed work are non-refundable.

Refunds may only be considered in exceptional cases where work has not been initiated.

10. Confidentiality

FFMedia respects the confidentiality of client information and project details. Any sensitive information shared during the project will not be disclosed to third parties without permission.
